SmartPlay Early Learners Riverstone (SP) is a Christian Family environment aimed at providing high quality care and education in a Long Day Care setting. The services provide a 3 - 4 year old Pre Kindy Program and 4 - 5 Year Accredited Kindergarten Program.

We’re looking for a highly motivated **OSHC Nominated Supervisor** who is ready to shape an engaging, play-based school-aged care program. In this role you will:

-   Lead and implement a dynamic, child-directed program that nurtures the holistic development of every child.
-   Create a warm, safe, Christ-centred environment where children thrive.
-   Build trusted relationships with families and the school community.
-   Oversee enrolments, bookings, rostering, compliance requirements, and day-to-day administration.

This is a **full-time position**, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

## Requirements

**About you**

-   You have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% towards completion.
-   You have at least 1 year’s experience in a lead role in a centre
-   You possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. 
-   You hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification. 
-   You have a current paid Working with Children’s Check. 
-   You have experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS and the EYLF. 
-   You’re confident in the use of technology. 
-   You’re highly motivated. 
-   You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
