SmartPlay Early Learners (SP) is a national brand operated by Christian Education Ministries (CEM) with plans underway to launch several Early Learning Centres around Australia in the coming years. **About Smartplay - Singleton**

SmartPlay Early Learners - Singleton is a new centre (due to open September 2026) which provides quality care and education within a purpose-built Early Learning Service for children aged 0-4 years. In addition, we will provide an OSHC service for school-aged children at Australian Christian College Singleton, providing before-school and after-school care and vacation care.

**About the role**

An opportunity exists to work in a committed Christian team as a Lead Educator or Assisting Educator, supporting the learning and development across all age groups.

This part-time position is for 30-75 hours per fortnight, negotiable, with immediate start.

## Requirements

**Lead Educator:**

-   You have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% towards completion.
-   You have at least 1 year’s experience in a lead role in a centre
-   You possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. 
-   You hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification. 
-   You have a current paid Working with Children’s Check. 
-   You have experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS and the EYLF. 
-   You’re confident in the use of technology. 
-   You’re highly motivated. 
-   You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.

**Assisting Educator:**

-   You have a minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood or 50% completed or equivalent.
-   You have suitable qualifications, including first aid and Child Protection CHCPRT001
-   You have a current WWCC. 
-   You possess a capacity to lead a growing school with a hands-on approach.
-   You’re highly motivated and able to build the school enrolment.
-   You’re confident in the use of technology.
-   You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
-   You will have a dynamic and outgoing personality.
-   You will be highly organised with strong project management skills.
-   You will be highly empathetic and able to consider the needs of families while progressing the delivery of service in a timely manner.
-   You’ll thrive when working collaboratively and when given the opportunity to show initiative.
-   You will have a great attention to detail.
