## Description

Support Analyst - Working knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL with Oracle / PostGreSQL database, Job Schedulers Sharp debugging and good communication skills

**Job Responsibilities:**

The individual will be responsible for  
\- Providing L1/L2 support - Debug the application, check configuration, provide workarounds, Perform Root cause analysis  
\- Respond to tickets promptly - Communicate with stake holders  
\- Monitor Job Run and SLA meetup

## Requirements

**Key Skills**

Java, SQL, Job Scheduling and monitoring

**Desirable Skills**

AWS, Weblogic / WildFly Application servers and Deployment

**Qualifications**

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent

**Experience**

\-2+ years of hands on work experience in L1/L2 Production support  
\- Hands On knowledge in Java / SQL / Unix  
Display sound analytical, problem solving, presentation and inter-personal skills to handle various critical situations

**Shift Requirements:  
**Must be flexible to work in Morning, General, and European shifts. Night shift support may be required on a need-basis depending on operational requirements.
