# Senior Analyst > Smartstream Limited · Bengaluru, India · — · Posted 2026-10-09 **Salary:** INR 840,618–840,618 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Consultancy & BPO ## Description Operations & Reconciliations •         Reconcile fees related to OTC and Listed Derivatives products including CDS, IRS, FX, Equities, Bonds, Futures, Options, and other market products. •         Perform detailed analysis and validation of brokerage, clearing, exchange, regulatory, and market data fee calculations. •         Investigate and resolve complex exceptions, breaks, disputes, and reconciliation variances. •         Review, validate, and process client, broker, exchange, and vendor invoices while maintaining a high level of accuracy and control. •         Ensure all client service levels and internal controls are met consistently. •         Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and drive sustainable resolutions. •         Proactively identify risks and escalate critical issues where appropriate. Client & Stakeholder Management •         Serve as a key point of contact for external and internal stakeholders. •         Manage investigations and queries relating to invoices, reconciliations, fee calculations, billing discrepancies, and operational processes. •         Participate in client operational discussions. •         Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. •         Communicate complex issues clearly and provide meaningful analysis and recommendations.
