### Responsibilities

-   Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
-   Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
-   Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with other departments.
-   Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
-   Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to facilitate a smooth auditing process.
-   Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to accounting staff.
-   Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement and present findings to senior management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
-   Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
-   Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
-   Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
-   Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills.
-   Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
