## Description

Smart is looking for a Business Development Specialist who can build strong relationships, understand client needs, and turn business challenges into growth opportunities.

**Your Responsibilities**

-   Identify new clients and business opportunities
-   Build long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
-   Understand client needs and connect them with the right Smart solutions
-   Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
-   Manage the sales cycle from the first contact through contract signing
-   Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities
-   Maintain accurate client and opportunity data in the CRM
-   Achieve sales and revenue targets
-   Monitor market trends and competitor activity

## Requirements

-   Experience in business development or B2B sales
-   Good understanding of IT services and technology solutions
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-   Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
-   Strong organization and follow-up skills
-   Fluency in Arabic and English
-   Results-driven mindset with a focus on client experience
-   Experience in the Saudi market
