## Description

-   Provide Level 1 support for ITSM tools and the ERP system, including initial triage, ticket logging, and basic issue resolution.
-   Manage the product catalog within the ERP system, including adding new items, updating existing entries, categorizing products, and identifying/merging duplicates.
-   Oversee MSP contracts by tracking renewals in the system, managing notifications, monitoring usage, and generating contract-related reports.
-   Generate internal and external reports as needed to support operations, compliance, and decision-making.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
-   SQL and Power BI experience is a plus
-   Strong attention to detail for catalog and contract data management.
-   Good communication skills
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow documented processes.
