**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Senior Director of Energy Systems will shape how large-scale digital infrastructure secures, uses, and expands its power supply. This leader will connect utility strategy, grid interconnection, onsite generation, storage, efficiency, resilience, and sustainability into a practical roadmap that supports rapid growth without losing sight of reliability or economics.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Set energy-system strategy for new and existing infrastructure portfolios
-   Lead utility engagement, load studies, capacity planning, interconnection strategy, and energization roadmaps
-   Evaluate grid supply, onsite generation, energy storage, microgrids, renewable energy, and emerging power technologies
-   Guide technical and commercial analysis for power agreements, tariffs, incentives, and infrastructure investments
-   Partner with development, engineering, construction, operations, finance, legal, sustainability, and public-affairs teams
-   Manage consultants, utilities, developers, technology providers, and other external partners
-   Develop portfolio-level risk, cost, schedule, reliability, and performance reporting
-   Build and lead a multidisciplinary energy team while establishing repeatable standards and governance

### REQUIREMENTS

-   Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Power Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
-   12+ years of experience in utilities, power systems, energy infrastructure, or large-load development
-   Leadership experience with grid interconnection, utility capacity, transmission or distribution, and complex energy projects
-   Understanding of power markets, tariffs, commercial structures, resiliency, and energy-system economics
-   Experience supporting data centers, advanced manufacturing, energy-intensive industry, or large infrastructure portfolios preferred
-   Professional Engineer license or relevant energy credential preferred
-   Strong executive communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational leadership skills
