# 3D Environment Artist (Member to Lead Level) - Osaka/Tokyo

## Description

Background construction and external management for pc/console game development

**Specifically:**

-   Build semi-3D backgrounds based on background illustrations.
-   Propose 3D visual elements (e.g., effects, interactive gimmicks, material creation).
-   Manage outsourcing tasks, including progress tracking, quality control, and acting as the point of contact with partner companies.
-   Assist the lead and support the training of junior team members.

## Requirements

**Must-have:**

-   Experience handling final visual adjustments for entire stages, including post-processing.
-   3+ years of hands-on experience with Maya, Substance 3D, and Photoshop.
-   2+ years of development experience using Unreal Engine or Unity.

**Nice-to-have:**

-   Familiarity with CLIP STUDIO.
-   Skills and interest in 2D tasks such as concept art.
-   Ability to handle simple Blueprint-related tasks.
-   Experience in schedule and task management within your work area.
-   Ability to maintain strict deadlines while independently raising quality to a product-ready level.

**Ideal candidate:**

-   Strong passion for SNK IPs, including past titles.
-   Ability to understand concepts and proactively make technical proposals to improve quality.
-   Patience and persistence in handling detailed tasks.

### **Working Hours**

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
