## Description

Create concept art, background art, and 2D illustrations for game development.

**Specifically:**

-   Produce concept art and stage designs for game development.
-   Create background art for demo scenes and similar assets.
-   Prepare art setting documents and specification sheets.
-   Communicate with external partners (provide feedback on deliverables and act as a liaison).
-   Assist the lead and support the training of junior team members.

## Requirements

**Must-have:**

-   3+ years of professional experience creating 2D backgrounds (industry not specified).
-   3+ years of experience using Photoshop and CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
-   Ability to understand project concepts and handle the entire process from ideation to final artwork.
-   Experience providing specific feedback and revision instructions on designs or illustrations created by others (e.g., external vendors or junior team members).

**Nice-to-have:**

-   3+ years of experience in the game industry.
-   Skills in 3D tools such as Blender or Maya.
-   3+ years of experience managing schedules and tasks within your work area.
-   Experience managing external partners.
-   Experience in team leadership, art direction, or project management.

**Ideal candidate:**

-   Passion for games and strong affinity for SNK IPs.

### **Working Hours**

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
