## Requirements

**Must-have:**

-   Experience in creating pixel character illustrations and animations as part of professional work
-   Professional experience in creating illustrations other than pixel art

**Nice-to-have:**

-   Experience using 3D software such as Blender
-   Ability to design mechanical objects or monsters

-   Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-   Strong communication skills and flexibility in coordinating with others

### **Working Hours**

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
