## Description

Responsible for supporting the director in project scheduling and resource coordination.

Additionally, you will work on progress management and issue resolution within the project.

Specifically:

-   Assist in creating schedules for milestones and release dates
-   Monitor progress to ensure tasks are proceeding according to schedule
-   Report any progress issues to the Director and propose solutions
-   Support coordination between development sections and team members
-   Prepare documentation to provide clear visibility of various situations
-   Create proposal materials aimed at improving workflows

## Requirements

**Must-have:**

-   At least 3 years of practical experience in game development  
    (Platform or role does not matter, but must have a solid understanding of the overall game development process)
-   Experience working on projects from start to finish
-   Proficiency in Excel (including ability to use functions)

**Nice-to-have:**

-   Experience as a Project Manager in game development
-   Experience as a Section Leader in game development
-   Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Backlog, Jira; specific tools are not mandatory)
-   Experience in budget management related to development
-   Experience in dealing with partner companies
-   Leadership experience in game development

-   Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
-   Proactive mindset to propose improvements for workflow efficiency, not just follow established processes

### **Working Hours**

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
