## Description

Overall art direction for the project

**Specifically:**

-   Propose and finalize the art style for the project.
-   Manage quality across all art disciplines, including animation, modeling, backgrounds, effects, and UI.
-   Coordinate with the project manager (PM) to review and adjust schedules.

## Requirements

**Must-have:**

-   Experience in art direction for game development projects (console, mobile, or PC).  
    _Experience covering the entire process from project initiation to completion is highly preferred._
-   Proficiency in major tools such as Photoshop and Maya, with the ability to independently complete production tasks.
-   5+ years of experience in the game industry.

**Nice-to-have:**

-   Proven track record as an Art Director, leading multiple titles to release across console and mobile platforms.
-   Understanding and interest in SNK IPs.
-   Ability to maintain a broad, strategic perspective.
-   Basic knowledge of various art disciplines (modeling, animation, backgrounds, effects, UI).
-   Leadership experience managing art teams of 30+ members.
-   Basic operational knowledge of Unreal Engine and Maya.

### **Working Hours**

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

### **Holidays & Leave**

-   Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
