-   Create character designs and character setting documents for game development.

## Requirements

**Must-have:**

-   Professional experience creating character designs, character setting documents, or illustrations (industry not specified).
-   Experience using painting tools such as Photoshop or CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
-   Experience providing specific feedback and revision instructions on designs or illustrations created by others (e.g., external vendors or junior team members).

**Nice-to-have:**

-   3+ years of experience in the game industry.
-   3+ years of experience in schedule and task management within your work area.
-   Experience managing external partners.
-   Experience in team leadership, art direction, or project management.
-   Experience using 3D tools such as Blender or ZBrush.
-   Experience using Illustrator for professional tasks.

### **Working Hours**

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
