### **Your Tasks**

**Content Creation**

-   Create and upload digital content for our digital products such as Trivia Pearls, SweetPuzzles, and Nametests
-   Use AI tools to generate trivia questions and matching visuals for Trivia Pearls

**Quality Management**

-   Review content for Trivia Pearls and SweetPuzzles before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
-   Check compliance with internal guidelines and external platform policies
-   Ensure tags, features, metadata, and backend entries are applied correctly and consistently

**Editorial & Data Analysis**

-   Analyze performance data for content items to identify patterns, learnings, and optimization potential
-   Use AI tools to support research, analysis, and insight generation
-   Translate findings into clear recommendations for improving editorial content

## Requirements

✔ Enrolled at a German university for at least another year, ideally in media, communication, linguistics, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field

✔ Fluent in English

✔ Some experience with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, or similar tools

✔ A careful, structured, and detail-oriented way of working

✔ Interest in digital content, editorial workflows, and quality management

✔ Confidence in using AI tools for content creation, research, or analysis

✔ Analytical skills and an interest in performance data and test results

**Nice to have**

✔ German language skills

✔ Experience in content management, editorial work, QA, online marketing, or social media

✔ Familiarity with CMS or backend systems

✔ Experience with AI image-generation tools or prompt writing
