As an Administrative Assistant you will:

-   Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, with partial involvement in regulatory and compliance activities.
-   Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel tickets and related arrangements.
-   Organize meetings and congresses, prepare agendas, and produce accurate minutes with follow-up actions.
-   Support contract administration and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations, data privacy (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR), and company policies.
-   Facilitate communication with clients, distributors, and healthcare partners.
-   Assist with financial processes, including billing, invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
-   Support business initiatives & marketing activities.
-   Maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
-   Oversee general office operations, including supplies procurement, vendor coordination, visitor support, and expense reconciliation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Degrees in Communications, Healthcare Administration, or similar disciplines will also be considered.
-   Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
-   Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
-   Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
-   Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
-   Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
