For our growing team in Bulgaria, we are looking for an **Operations Specialist,** someone who brings structure to complexity, keeps things moving and makes sure our customers and internal teams can rely on excellent execution.

You’ll be at the heart of our local operations, connecting **customers, supply chain, logistics, Sales and Finance**.

Responsibilities

-   Manage customer orders from request through delivery and invoicing;
-   Coordinate deliveries, timelines and documentation with accuracy and care;
-   Work with our ERP system across orders, goods receipts, pricing and shipping schedules;
-   Monitor stock and help anticipate upcoming business needs;
-   Collaborate closely with customers, partners and internal teams;
-   Spot opportunities to make our processes simpler, smarter and more efficient.

## Requirements

-   **2+ years of experience** in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a similar role;
-   University degree in **Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics**, or another relevant field;
-   Hands-on experience working with **ERP systems** or similar business software (CRM, WMS, etc.);
-   Good command of **MS Office**, particularly Excel;
-   **Fluent English**, both written and spoken;
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage **multiple priorities and deadlines**;
-   Excellent **attention to detail** and a structured, accurate way of working;
-   Strong **communication and collaboration skills** when working with customers, partners, and internal teams;
