We expect our new Team Member to cover 2 accounts in Pécs (HU) and in Osijek (HR).

As Clinical Sales Specialist mainly you will:  

-   Create and oversee a robust and professional relationship with hospitals' management/hospital physicians;
-   Serve as clinical support, assisting hospital staff with the functionality of the technology as required;
-   Provide the necessary training and continuous clinical support to OR staff, Anesthesia, and sterilization Teams within the hospital accounts;
-   This is definitely not a typical sales position, you will visit hospitals and stay in Operating Rooms.

## Requirements

-   Experience in medical device sales, preferably in surgical or high-tech medical technologies;
-   Any kind of surgical or operating room environment exposure;
-   Basic knowledge or extreme interest in providing clinical support for medical devices;
-   Eager to learn, grow and develop professionally;
-   Motivated, fast learner with a dynamic, problem-solving attitude;
-   Ability to communicate confidently with surgeons, physicians and hospital stakeholders;
-   Willingness to travel frequently and support procedures on-site;
-   Native/fluent Hungarian, native/fluent Croatian, fluent English;
-   Clean B driving license;
-   Huge plus if you understand hospital workflows and procurement processes.
