### About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, with a primary focus on technology roles. Your goal will be to identify, engage, and attract talented professionals who are a strong match for Softeta’s projects, culture, and long-term ambitions.

### Your responsibilities

-   Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define clear candidate profiles.
-   Manage the full recruitment cycle, from developing sourcing strategies and approaching candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the offer management process.
-   Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
-   Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates and previous applicants.
-   Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-   Contribute to employer-branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and industry events.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in in-house recruitment or a recruitment agency.
-   Hands-on experience recruiting IT and software engineering professionals.
-   A strong understanding of proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
-   Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
-   The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
-   A proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach.
