We are looking for an **experienced Salesforce Developer** with strong configuration and custom development skills. You will translate business needs into reliable Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in financial services would be an advantage.

**What you’ll do**

-   Configure and customise Salesforce to support business processes and user needs.
-   Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
-   Build and improve integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and design technical solutions.
-   Test, troubleshoot, and optimise solutions for reliability, security, and performance.
-   Contribute to code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation.

## Requirements

-   Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and custom development.
-   Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools.
-   Experience with Salesforce objects, Flows, validation rules, and access controls.
-   Understanding of API integrations, testing, and version control.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
-   Experience in financial services or Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.

**Salary:**

-   **For employees:** 5 000 EUR to 6 300 EUR monthly (gross).
-   **For contractors:** 35 EUR to 40 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
