We are seeking for a Senior Data Stewards for our client from the banking sector.

Job description:

-   Supported data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives within the banking sector.
-   Contributed to BCBS239 implementation by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
-   Maintained and enhanced business glossaries to ensure consistent data definitions across the organization.
-   Implemented and monitored data quality controls to improve data accuracy and reliability.
-   Defined and maintained end-to-end data lineage to support regulatory and business requirements.
-   Collaborated with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data management practices.
-   Supported the enhancement of regulatory reporting processes and data governance frameworks.
-   Ensured compliance with internal data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
-   Facilitated cross-functional cooperation to improve data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.

## Requirements

-   Experience in data governance, data management, or similar roles
-   Banking or financial services industry experience
-   Strong SQL skills
-   Data analysis capabilities
-   Understanding of data warehousing and reporting
-   Knowledge of database structures
-   Experience with MS Office
-   Experience with JIRA, Confluence
-   Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
-   Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have Skills:

-   Regulatory reporting experience
-   Knowledge of BCBS239
-   Business knowledge of banking products, systems, and processes
-   Experience with data lineage frameworks
