We are looking to hire a Data Warehouse Support Specialist for our client in the banking industry. You'll take charge of monitoring daily processes, play a key role in supporting essential EOD/EOM cycles, swiftly troubleshoot ETL and performance challenges, and collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to ensure rapid incident resolution.

**Job description**

-   Proactively monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment daily to guarantee seamless stability and uninterrupted operations.
-   Drive the successful execution and punctual completion of all End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Month (EOM) processes.
-   Expertly troubleshoot and resolve challenges related to ETL jobs, data loading, and performance issues to keep systems running optimally.
-   Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth workflows and swift incident resolutions.
-   Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including operational procedures, runbooks, and support guides, to empower the team and streamline processes.

## Requirements

-   Hands-on experience with Relational Database development using Oracle, Sybase IQ, or MS SQL Server.
-   A strong knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture and ETL processes.
-   Proficiency in T-SQL and PL/SQL, enabling efficient database programming.
-   Knowledge of EOD/EOM business processes and their importance within the financial sector is advantageous.
-   Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the capability to work both independently and as a valuable team player.
-   Fluent in English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
