## Description

-   Develop high quality and cutting-edge 3D art.
-   Attending team meetings to discuss art related issues, work progress, etc.
-   Optimize 3D arts for creating realistic environment.
-   Create 3D models from photos and real-world objects.
-   Ensure to meet high artwork standards.
-   Discuss with team members on any problems.
-   Understand the project requirements and develop high quality 3D models accordingly.
-   Monitoring self-performance on productivity, quality, compliance to process & standards is important.
-   Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
-   Adhere to all policies procedures and work instructions within the discipline of Sydac Quality expectations.
-   Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.

## Requirements

-   3d Modeling skills in 3ds max, Texturing skills in Photoshop, Knowledge of Game Engine, DCC.
-   A high level of competency in Blenders, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop software (Absolutely must).
-   Experience in time estimation and art asset management.
-   Expert understanding of low poly modelling concepts for real-time.
-   Knowledge of real-time graphic engine (Unigine and/or Unreal)
-   Excellent attention to detail in all areas of 3D graphics development.
-   Scripting in 3D engines.
-   Worked on Blueprints, creating pipeline in blenders and Unreal
-   3 - 6 years professional experience in Real Time 3D graphic.
