## Description

-   Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, pedicure and manicure, and other wellness therapies.
-   Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
-   Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and hygienic.
-   Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
-   Provide excellent customer service while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
-   Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
-   Promote spa services and retail products to guests.

## Requirements

-   Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
-   At least **3 years of experience** in a spa, wellness center, or hotel spa.
-   Proficiency in massage techniques, facials, body treatments, manicure and pedicure services is an added advantage.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
