## Description

-   Provide first-level technical support to users.
-   Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
-   Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
-   Assist in maintaining the Company's IT infrastructure.
-   Support user account management, email configuration, and system access.
-   Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
-   Assist in maintaining data backups and ensuring data security.
-   Monitor IT equipment and report faults or maintenance requirements.
-   Document technical issues and resolutions.
-   Support the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
-   Ensure compliance with the Company's IT policies and procedures.
-   Perform any other duties assigned by the IT Supervisor or Manager.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Must have graduated within the last two years.
-   Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
-   Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.

-   Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is an added advantage.
