## Description

We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our Vietnam team and provide practical legal support for our growing renewable energy business.

You will work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Finance and other functions on a broad range of legal and commercial matters, with exposure to rooftop solar, DPPA, investment/M&A projects and corporate secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and project-related contracts at pre, during and post stages of the contract, including but not limited to EPC, PPA, ELA, and MOU/MOA.
-   Provide day-to-day legal advice to inter-departments on commercial and project development, contracts, licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
-   Support the business in managing and resolving contractual issues and disputes.
-   Monitor relevant changes in Vietnamese laws and regulations and advise inter-departments on their potential impact.
-   Manage corporate legal and secretarial matters for the Company's Vietnam entities, including corporate documents, resolutions, registrations, and company records.
-   To take initiatives to improve the processes of the operation of the department in accordance with HQ standards to increase efficiency, accuracy and productivity
-   Monitor and advise on Vietnam entity company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and regulatory rulings
-   Identify and address legal risks, providing practical and strategic solutions aligned with the company’s business strategy and operation
-   Conduct preliminary legal due diligence for new clients, contractors, projects, and potential investment opportunities.
-   Work with and manage external law firms.
-   Contribute to internal legal training and knowledge sharing.
-   Attend to all legal matters/tasks or other ad-hoc matters/tasks as assigned from time to time by the HOD.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Law; qualified lawyer is preferred.
-   1 - 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in renewable energy, construction, investment.
-   Strong experience in commercial contracts and Vietnamese corporate/regulatory matters.
-   Experience with project development, legal due diligence, dispute resolution.
-   Experience in renewable energy is highly desirable but not essential.
-   Good command of Vietnamese and English, particularly legal drafting and communication.
-   Possess the ability to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
-   Detail-oriented and highly organized
-   Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with inter-departments.
