## Description

-   To assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System to making sure it is full compliances to International Standard, Legal compliances, local regulations and any code of practice.
-   Monitor and execute the Planning and execution of ISO 45001 standard for both corporate and project site related.
-   Monitor Costing and contractual related for respective project to fit contractual obligation.
-   Be a Liasson parties for relevant authorities to ensure HSE matters and concerns being resolved promptly and effectively.
-   Sit in Weekly and Monthly external meeting with client and authority for related project assigned.
-   Provide sound advice and guidance to support the effective implementation of HSE Management System.
-   Ensure the management and workers aware and understand the consequences of violations and report immediately to Top Management of any incident occurrences.
-   Ensure full enforcement on assigned site and raise concerns or issue that might risk project or company for resolution soonest.
-   Active participation and coordinate the HSE Committee Meeting
-   Propose the training program and execute the training program in accordance to needs to address and mitigate risk and danger.
-   Assist Project Management team to implement and execute Project HSE plan and Project Risk management.
-   Coordinate and investigate if any incident happened and enforce remedial and preventive measure to avoid re-occurrence.
-   Accounted and responsible for prevention of work-related injury and ill health, as well as the provision of safe and healthy workplaces and activities.
-   To be the catalyst of change to promote HSE culture in the organization.
-   Responsible to develop, lead and promote Total Quality Management excellent to by ensuring full compliances on application legal and others regulation and requirements.
-   To be available for communication and coordination whenever required by the organization for workplace safety related concern.
-   Accountable for overall Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance of the corporation.
-   Perform inspections with records to making sure the compliances.
-   Ensure awareness and training program executed within assigned working site and monitor effectiveness and efficiency with rectification on targeted group.
-   Full authority assume on SWO for any life threatening related concerns.

## Requirements

-   Certified competent Occupational Safety and Health Officer from NIOSH or other approved institution.
-   Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in a construction-based environment.
-   Must possess valid DOSH-SHO competency / Green Book.
-   Good attitude, positive mindset, self-starter, independent and able to work well in a team.
