## Description

-   Responsible to manage resources planning and schedule arrangement for corrective and preventative maintenance complying the Scope of Work and Service Level Agreement.
-   Responsible to arrange or attend any electrical breakdowns related to solar PV systems, initiate fault diagnosis and corrective actions for assigned solar PV projects.
-   Verify all the works performed by Technician or Contractor, emphasize on quality as well as ensuring the countermeasure applied according to standards, procedures, and specifications.
-   Provide technical reports for any breakdown, corrective actions and periodic maintenance performed.
-   Monitoring system performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical performance reports.
-   Complete project technical studies, design, and prepare cost estimation.
-   Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
-   Liaise with Sales, Project, and Procurement department, provide technical support and resolve technical issues during project installation.
-   Review project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) before Testing & Commissioning of solar PV projects, to ensure the projects specifications comply with standards and meet contract requirements.
-   Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
-   Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
-   Primary interface between authorities, engineering consultant, subcontractors, vendors and clients during projects phase and service warranty to build positive long-term relationships.
-   Provide technical and non-technical support in development of new applications for internal process improvement.

## Requirements

-   Possess 2 years working experience in electrical installations or maintenance of solar PV projects.
-   Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-   Knowledge and experience in Solar PV system design and PVSyst will be an added advantage.
-   Extensive knowledge on electrical theory and troubleshooting skills.
-   Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
-   Customer oriented, independent, and good interpersonal skills.
-   Good communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbally as well as written).
-   Physically and mentally strong and fit, able to do multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
-   Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
-   Possess valid driving license D, and able to travel or relocate.
-   Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
