## Description

-   Assist and review in the design and development of solar PV systems, including performing calculations and simulations to optimize system performance.
-   Participate in engineering site surveys to collect data necessary for project planning and implementation.
-   Support project engineers in managing project documentation, preparing project proposals, and maintaining project schedules.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineers, to ensure project specifications are met.
-   Conduct site inspection, quality audit, material deliveries verification, site troubleshooting, daily reporting.
-   prepare, review and witness in the testing and commissioning of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
-   Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
-   Conduct research on new technologies, materials, and industry trends relevant to solar energy and sustainability.
-   Engage in training and development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge in the renewable energy sector.

## Requirements

-   Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy) or a related field.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
-   Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, PVSYST, or similar is an advantage.
-   Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-   Demonstrated eagerness to learn and participate in project work with a proactive attitude.
-   Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also effectively managing individual tasks.
-   Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites as required.
