## Description

**1. Contract Review**

-   Review simple contracts (NDAs, operation contracts).
-   Check format, typos of other contracts.

**2\. Legal research**

-   Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters affecting the companies' business.

**3. Document translation**

-   Translate documents between Vietnamese and English.

**4. Administrative legal tasks**

-   Maintain legal archives (hard and soft copies) of companies’ licenses and applications, and key projects documents.
-   Document stamping and scanning.

**5\. Update the ERCs of the companies**

-   Draft applications (templates to be provided).

6. **Other legal related tasks** as assigned by the LIC.

## Requirements

-   Minimum internship duration: 6 months; 3 days/week.
-   Fundamental legal knowledge and working proficiency in English.
