## Description

-   Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
-   Support the licensing team in preparing and submitting necessary documents to government authorities.
-   Conduct research on legal matters and licensing requirements relevant to the renewable energy sector.
-   Help maintain and organize the legal documentation and files for easy access and reference.
-   Participate in meetings and take notes for discussions regarding ongoing legal and licensing projects.
-   Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager or team lead.

## Requirements

-   Pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
-   Strong interest in legal and regulatory aspects, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
-   Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-   Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-   Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
