# Plant Manager - Denim Fabric - 1437

## Description

This role is responsible for the full operation of the denim plant, including weaving, indigo dyeing, and finishing, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee weaving, dyeing (indigo), finishing, and logistics and ensure denim fabrics meet performance and aesthetic standards
-   Ensure bulk production follows approved standards and wash expectations, minimize shade variation and inconsistencies
-   Collaborate with Quality and Development on approvals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives
-   Optimize production flow, capacity and manage cost structure and waste reduction
-   Partner with Sales and Development on new programs to ensure smooth transition from development to production  
    

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
-   10 –15+ years of experience in denim manufacturing
-   Strong expertise in weaving, indigo dyeing, and finishing processes
-   Proven experience managing end-to-end plant operations
-   Strong leadership and team development skills
-   Fluent in Spanish (required); English strongly preferred
-   Experience in process optimization, quality control, and cost management
