### About the role

The People Business Partnership function serves as a trusted advisor for consultants and management on people management issues and processes, aligning business objectives within designated business units. As a Lead HR Business Partner at SPD Technology, you will be a strategic partner to both Middle and Senior Management, anticipating business needs with a strong client relationship-oriented approach. You will focus on building deep, long-term stakeholder trust and take an active role in developing strategic leadership capabilities across our management tiers. You will own the development and execution of employee experience strategies, lead high-impact change programs, and use advanced predictive HR analytics across cross-functional departments. Acting as a guardian of psychological safety and global compliance, you will mitigate complex people-related risks while ensuring a smooth, highly collaborative, and transparent employee experience.

### As a qualified expert You will

**Consult & Advise Middle & Senior Leadership:** Act as a strategic partner to Middle and Senior Management, gaining trust by consistently addressing complex stakeholder concerns, aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives, and helping leaders across all levels connect business challenges with people solutions.

**Lead Advanced HR Analytics & Forecasting:** Drive HR analytics initiatives by leveraging workforce data to forecast trends and business risks. Apply advanced analytical techniques to shape strategic workforce planning, interpret engagement data to present it to Middle and Senior stakeholders, and coach others on the effective use of HR analytics.

**Architect Organizational Design & Change Management:** Oversee comprehensive change programs, develop communication and transition plans, mitigate resistance by involving stakeholders early, and advise management on best practices for leading teams through change with empathy.

**Mitigate Global Risks & Lead Investigations:** Anticipate, evaluate, and mitigate HR risks across multiple geographies or business functions. Lead complex or high-risk investigations and restructurings, build strong internal controls, and educate Middle and Senior business leaders on risk exposure and prevention.

**Govern Performance & Compensation Frameworks:** Support dedicated Business Units in the Performance review, Promotion, and Compensation management processes to ensure on-time completion, efficiency, financial alignment, and compliance with local labor regulations.

**Drive Employee Experience & Engagement Strategy:** Regularly review, influence, and execute employee experience strategies and engagement programs. Provide guidance to management on best practices for enhancing employee engagement and build tailored action plans for dedicated Business Units.

**Facilitate Mediation & Foster Trust:** Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on relationship dynamics, facilitating mediations and negotiations between parties to resolve disputes effectively. Nurture trust-based relationships across all organizational levels to foster open communication and psychological safety.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate with internal functions inside and outside the People org (e.g., Legal, Security, Ops) to deliver integrated solutions to managers and consultants while ensuring process-level compliance.

### We’re looking for you if you have

-   4+ years of proven, continuous experience as HR Business Partner within a dynamic, fast-paced software development environment.
-   Mature understanding of the HRBP role with a strong business- and data-driven mindset, with a proven track record of successfully partnering with and influencing decisions of Middle and Senior leadership.
-   Demonstrated experience in Change Management, with a solid capability to facilitate smooth implementation during workforce changes, restructuring, or role redesigns.
-   Advanced expertise in HR Analytics, with proven experience using workforce data and visualization tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Tableau) to predict, shape, and resolve complex people issues.
-   Strong background in Employee Relations, with the confidence to handle high-risk investigations and guide leaders through compliant decisions involving performance, disciplinary action, or organizational change.
-   Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility, align words with actions, maintain strict confidentiality, and deliver on commitments across all organizational levels.
-   Strategic understanding of modern tech environments, including AI tools, prompting, and workflow automation applied to HR operations.
-   Education: preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

-   Certified Coach credential (e.g., ICF - International Coaching Federation).
-   Proven HR experience within both product-oriented companies and complex enterprise environments.
-   Deep understanding of IT industry metrics, software development team structures, and engineering workflows.
-   Proven success in implementing modern employee experience frameworks entirely from scratch within product or service IT lines.
