We are looking for a **Senior QA Engineer** to join us as part of our team. ### About the role As a **Senior QA Engineer**, you will join our long-term US-based client in the Real Estate and Marketing domain. We have been partnering with the client for many years, helping develop and evolve a technology platform that automates rental advertisement placement and management, lead generation, and parts of the interaction with potential customers. The platform includes numerous automated workflows, integrations, and cloud infrastructure, making product quality, reliability, and stability an increasingly important focus. In this role, you will have the opportunity to **shape and mature the QA function on the project**, rather than simply execute predefined testing activities. Your initial focus will be to assess the current state of product quality and QA practices, identify gaps and risks, define a clear QA approach, and establish mature, scalable QA processes. In the longer term, you will help evolve the project from strong manual QA practices toward a more automated and **AI-accelerated QA approach**. ### As a qualified expert You will - Own and drive the QA approach and quality practices across the project. - Assess the current state of product quality, existing QA processes, test coverage, risks, and gaps. - Define and continuously improve the QA strategy, testing priorities, coverage, and quality gates. - Build scalable and sustainable QA processes that support the continued growth and evolution of the product. - Perform hands-on manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. - Determine the appropriate testing depth and coverage based on product risks, business impact, technical complexity, and delivery priorities. - Collaborate closely with software engineers, the Project Manager, and the client to improve quality throughout the development lifecycle. - Communicate directly with the US-based client regarding product quality, risks, priorities, and QA decisions. - Clearly articulate quality risks and provide recommendations that support informed product and delivery decisions. - Identify repetitive QA activities that can be optimized or automated. - Experiment with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency across requirements analysis, test case creation, regression preparation, test data generation, documentation, bug analysis, reporting, exploratory testing, and other QA activities. - Continuously look for opportunities to increase QA effectiveness and personal productivity through AI and automation. - Contribute to the evolution of the project toward an increasingly automated and AI-accelerated QA approach. ### We’re looking for you if you have - Strong hands-on experience in **Quality Assurance** at a Senior level. - Proven experience building, establishing, or significantly improving QA processes within a software development project. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, testing strategies, risk-based testing, and quality assurance best practices. - Proven ability to independently define QA priorities, testing scope, coverage, and quality gates. - Ability to assess an existing QA environment, identify quality gaps and risks, and translate them into a practical improvement plan. - Strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate effectively without detailed instructions or predefined processes. - Experience working in environments where QA processes needed to be created, structured, or significantly matured. - Ability to balance hands-on testing with strategic QA responsibilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience collaborating directly with clients or external stakeholders. - Ability to clearly communicate and justify QA decisions, product risks, and priorities. - **Strong English communication skills** and confidence communicating directly with a US-based client. - Genuine interest in using **AI and automation to improve QA workflows and personal productivity**. - A curiosity-driven and experimentation-oriented mindset, with a willingness to explore new AI tools and approaches rather than relying only on traditional QA practices. ### Bonus points - Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day QA activities. - Experience creating AI-assisted workflows for test design, requirements analysis, regression preparation, documentation, reporting, bug analysis, test data generation, or similar QA activities. - Experience introducing automation or process improvements that measurably increased QA efficiency or testing throughput. - Experience working with products that include multiple integrations, automated workflows, or cloud-based infrastructure. ### What’s in it for You **Reveal great tech solutions** Join the team of experts who create custom, cutting-edge tech solutions for world-renowned businesses, fueling clients growth.
