### What will you do as a Danish Customer Consultant:

-   Be available to support customers via phone, email, and chat
-   Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
-   Handle customer requests with empathy, patience, and respect
-   Educate customers on how to use online self-service tools
-   Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering first-class service
-   Enter and update customer details accurately in the system
-   Take ownership of issues and suggest improvements to processes

## Requirements

-   Native or C1 level of Danish
-   Advanced level of English
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   PC literacy (MS Office, internet tools)
-   Flexibility to work in shifts
-   Strong problem-solving and stress-management skills
-   Previous experience in customer service or online gaming is a plus
