# German Client Care Consultant for a new online payment platform - Athens

## Description

We are looking for **fluent German speakers** to build and join the German department of a new platform for online payments.

**Responsibilities**:

-   Support customers via chat, e-mail, and some calls
-   Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
-   Maintain high customer satisfaction
-   Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
-   Work towards reaching targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets

## Requirements

-   Fluent in German (minimum level C1-C2, oral and written)
-   Good command of English (minimum level B2, oral and written)
-   Excellent communication skills and good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Experience in customer success or customer care roles will be considered an asset
-   Basic technical skills
-   Ability to work from the office (Athens)
-   EU Passport
