As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues. Your role combines problem-solving, customer service, and technical knowledge to ensure fast and effective resolutions. **Key Responsibilities**

-   Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
-   Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues efficiently.
