On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing recruitment business, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on recruitment manager to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, recruitment delivery, and people management.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a recruitment operation from the ground up, shape its direction, and play a central role in the company’s future growth.

### Responsibilities

In this recruitment manager role, you will have to:

-   Identify, approach, and secure new clients
-   Hire, onboard, and train a recruitment team
-   Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
-   Work closely with senior management to define pricing, positioning, and growth strategy
-   Personally manage key roles and clients, especially in the early stages
-   Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and best practices
-   Coach recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and client management
-   Create a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture

## Requirements

To become the recruitment manager we are looking for you must have:

-   Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in an agency environment
-   Background in generic / multi-specialty recruitment
-   Strong business development experience within recruitment
-   Ability to build processes and structure from scratch
-   Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a team

Nice-to-Have:

-   Experience scaling a recruitment division
-   Existing client network
