**Responsibilities**

-   Assist customers with their online orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
-   Handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
-   Work closely with internal teams, carriers, and financial institutions to resolve issues.

Proactively identify and escalate complex problems when necessary.  
Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction across all channels.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in German (mandatory) and advanced English.
