We are looking for **Dutch Customer Service Associates** to work for an e-shop in the Netherlands that offers general merchandising products in categories such as music, film, electronics, toys, jewelry, watches, baby products, gardening and DIY.

**What you will do:**

-   Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the Netherlands’ leading online retailer
-   Listen to what drives our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats
-   Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and deliveries, as well as customer complaints
-   Maintain high customer satisfaction
-   Take the extra mile to engage customers

## Requirements

-   **Native /near-native level in Dutch**
-   **B2-level English skills**
-   Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
-   Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-   Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters
-   Adaptive skills and team spirit
-   **European citizenship or work permit for Greece**
