**Responsibilities:**

-   Answer customer queries via phone, email or chat, building customer trust through empathetic personalized conversations
-   Strive for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
-   Actively listening to their concerns, offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.

## Requirements

-   **Native/near-native level of French**
-   **At least B2 level in English**

-   Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-   Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
-   Problem-solver, Active listener
