**What You’ll Do**

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding support via phone, email, and chat. **Your mission: Help every customer walk away satisfied.**

**Daily Responsibilities:**

-   Provide timely and professional support to Swedish-speaking customers
-   Resolve product or service issues accurately and efficiently
-   Handle orders, forms, applications, and requests
-   Communicate and coordinate with team members and departments
-   Assess customer needs and deliver personalized solutions

## Requirements

-   Native or **near-native Swedish speaker**
-   Proficient in **English (B2-C1)**
-   Strong communication and active listening skills
-   **Able to multitask and prioritize effectively**
-   **Customer-first mindset** with attention to detail
-   **EU Passport** (mandatory)
-   Willingness to **relocate to Greece**
