## Description

On behalf of our global client, a leading multinational enterprise, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Polish-Speaking Operational Buyer** to join their growing Procurement & Supply Chain Hub. In this role, you will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, process purchase requisitions and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

**Responsibilities**

-   Process purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) efficiently using ERP systems.
-   Communicate directly with suppliers across Europe to confirm delivery schedules, pricing, and quantities.
-   Monitor open purchase orders, track order status, and resolve delivery delays or invoice discrepancies.
-   Maintain vendor master data and support supplier performance tracking and quality management.
-   Collaborate with internal stakeholders, logistics teams, and finance departments to streamline procurement workflows.
-   Assist in negotiating short-term contracts and standard purchase terms with local and regional vendors.

## Requirements

-   Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Polish (written and verbal).
-   Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
-   Previous experience in Operational Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Operations is considered an asset.
-   Proficiency in ERP systems along with strong Excel skills.
-   Solid understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and vendor management.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
