## Description

On behalf of our global client, we are seeking a analytical and detail-oriented **Spanish-Speaking Fraud Operations Analyst** to join their dedicated Risk & Fraud Prevention team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring transaction activity, identifying suspicious patterns, conducting risk assessments, and preventing fraudulent operations across Spanish-speaking markets.

**Responsibilities**

-   Monitor real-time account activities and transaction flows in Spanish-speaking markets to detect potential fraud, money laundering, or policy breaches.
-   Review flagged transactions, chargebacks, and high-risk accounts using internal fraud detection tools and risk scoring models.
-   Conduct detailed background checks, document verification, and risk assessments on escalated accounts.
-   Collaborate with compliance, legal, and payment operations teams to mitigate financial losses and maintain regulatory adherence.
-   Communicate with customers and financial institutions via email or secure channels to verify suspicious activity and resolve account holds in Spanish.
-   Maintain comprehensive records of fraud investigation findings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of anti-fraud rules and algorithms.

## Requirements

-   Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Spanish.
-   Fuent English skills.
-   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot irregularities and anomalies in complex data sets.
-   Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks, chargeback rules, and anti-fraud software.
-   High integrity, decision-making confidence, and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
