**Your Role**

-   Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.
-   Assist customers with device protection plans, claims, repairs, replacements, and related services.
-   Deliver exceptional customer experiences, particularly when customers are dealing with unexpected or urgent situations.
-   Build customer trust by following all relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
-   Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop your product, service, and regulatory knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Native Swedish speaker.
-   Fluency in English.
-   Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
-   Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
-   Familiarity with regulatory environments and data protection principles, including GDPR, is an advantage.
-   Ability to relocate to Greece.
-   EU Passport holder.
