Then we want you to work for one of the greatest companies in the pharmaceutical industry! On behalf of our client we are looking for a talented & communicative _**Customer Service Agent**_ to join a dynamic and human oriented team, to assist them daily on issues with their medical devices!

**Responsibilities:**  

-   Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet business requirements
-   Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals
-   Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of service
-   Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
-   Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
-   Identify and escalate issues appropriately
-   Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks
-   Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

## Requirements

-   **C2 level in German**
-   **B1-B2 level English skills**
-   Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
-   Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-   Adaptive skills and team spirit
-   Previous customer support experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
