On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team, with the flexibility to work from home in Serbia. **Responsibilities**

-   Identify and assess customers’ needs
-   Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
-   Meet personal/customer service team targets
-   Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
-   Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and webchat
-   Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets
-   Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams

## Requirements

-   Native or near native Spanish speaker
-   B2-level English
-   Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
-   At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
-   Previous experience on customer sector will be considered positively
