**Your Role:**

-   Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.
-   Be the go-to expert on innovative products and services.
-   Solve customer challenges by offering tailored troubleshooting solutions.
-   Provide guidance on advanced cameras, printers, and imaging solutions.
-   Support inquiries about purchases, warranties, repairs, and more.

## Requirements

-   Native Norwegian speaker.
-   Fluency in English.
-   Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
-   Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
-   Familiarity with its products (or interest in learning) is an advantage!
-   Ability to relocate to Greece.
-   EU Passport holder.
