As a Customer Advisor you will assist customers with their queries, provide clear and effective solutions, and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience.

**Your responsibilities:**

-   Provide customer support via phone and/or chat.
-   Handle enquiries related to Cybersecurity products, subscriptions and account services.
-   Identify customer needs and offer accurate, timely solutions.
-   Maintain a professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
-   Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
-   Work closely with your team to meet quality and performance targets.

## Requirements

-   Native or near-native level of Dutch.
-   Very good command of English.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
-   A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
-   EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
