## Description

Spectrum Solutions Acquisitions is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Handyman to provide maintenance and repair services on residential properties. The Residential Handyman will perform various tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform repairs and maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general home repairs.
-   Inspect properties for damages or maintenance needs and document findings.
-   Respond promptly to repair requests and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
-   Work independently or as part of a team to accomplish assigned jobs.

## Requirements
